Cancellation Policy

We aim to offer flexibility for book clubs planning group gatherings while also ensuring we can efficiently manage our bookings and resources. For private book club reservations where participants prefer to pay individually, the following policy applies: Reservation Confirmation: Your book club’s reservation is confirmed once 60% of the booking minimum (e.g., 5 out of 7 guests or $270) is met. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. Open Time Slots: Until your reservation is confirmed, your requested time slot remains available on our schedule for other individuals or groups to book. If another party books the slot before your group’s reservation is confirmed, you will have the option to either: 1. Reschedule to another available date/time. 2. Receive a refund, less a 3.5% payment processing fee changes by our credit card processor. Minimum Requirement: If the party minimum (7 people/$450) is not met by 10 days before the event, you will have the option to: 1. Pay the remaining balance to keep your event private. 2. Open the class to the general public, and we will refund any guests who do not wish to participate in a public class, less the 3.5% payment processing fee.
