I understand and accept the inherent risks involved in handling materials to make custom candles, including hot wax, during the candle-making activity. I release Embers + Apothecary Co., its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability related to any loss, damage, or injury incurred during my participation.

Photography/Video Release

I grant permission to Embers + Apothecary to use photographs and/or videos taken of me during the candle-making activity for promotional and marketing purposes.
