Service Description
The Private Pour was created after couples started calling on days when the studio is usually closed, hoping we could make room for a birthday, anniversary, or rare night out together. We loved that people thought of Embers + Apothecary for those moments, so we created a limited way to say yes. Available by request on select Mondays and Tuesdays, The Private Pour is designed for one couple, not a full group or private party. We open the studio for your party of two, guide you through creating your own custom candles, and give you time to relax together while they set. Bring a bottle, play a card game, or simply enjoy a quieter night out together. $250 for two guests. Requests may be submitted up to two weeks in advance, with start times typically available between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM. The experience lasts approximately two hours, so later start times may end as late as 10:30 PM. For same-day requests, please call the studio directly.
Cancellation Policy
non-refundable payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount required depends on how far in advance your event is booked and will be reflected on your invoice. If you cancel 8 or more days before your event, any payments made beyond the non-refundable amount will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees and any non-refundable vendor or custom order costs. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event are non-refundable in full. Rescheduling may be available, subject to timing and availability, and may incur a fee. Full deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be included with your invoice before payment is made.
