Service Description
Reserve the entire studio for your group — no shared space, no strangers, just your people. A dedicated host guides everyone through blending their own custom fragrance and making a candle to take home, while you settle in with complimentary drinks and your choice of social activity while candles set. This flat-rate booking is $708 (including 18% gratuity) for up to 7 guests. It includes exclusive use of the studio, two dedicated hosts, and access to our library of 100 fragrance oils to blend your own custom scent. All guests receive vessel upgrades, a choice of complimentary sparkling wine, juice, or soda, and the option to bring their own wine, beer, or hard seltzer. Your group also gets to choose a social activity while candles set — trivia, bingo, karaoke, card games, or just a relaxed hang. Ideal for birthdays, bachelorettes, girls' nights, and more. Optional catering and add-ons — including personalized aprons, luxe metal goblets, and food packages — can be arranged after booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. __________________ Please note: This option is for groups of up to 7 guests. Cancellation Policy
non-refundable payment is required to secure your reservation. The amount required depends on how far in advance your event is booked and will be reflected on your invoice. If you cancel 8 or more days before your event, any payments made beyond the non-refundable amount will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees and any non-refundable vendor or custom order costs. Cancellations made 7 days or less before the event are non-refundable in full. Rescheduling may be available, subject to timing and availability, and may incur a fee. Full deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be included with your invoice before payment is made.
