For Online Sales

Thank you for choosing Embers + Apothecary. Please review our terms carefully before placing an order.

Product Information

All products are crafted with care in small batches. Slight variations in color, scent strength, or appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our candles and accessories. Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability and may not always reflect slight seasonal or batch differences.

Orders & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We typically ship orders within 3–5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. While carrier delays are beyond our control, we guarantee that your order will arrive safely to the shipping address provided. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@embersandapothecary.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you. Once a package has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier, any theft or loss that occurs afterward is unfortunately outside of our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Most of our products are handcrafted or custom made, and because of this, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@embersandapothecary.com within 3 days of delivery. To help us assist you, we may request photos of the item and packaging. Whenever possible, we’ll replace damaged or incorrect items. If a replacement isn’t available, we’re happy to offer store credit toward a future purchase.

Cancellations

We can accommodate order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.After that, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

Liability

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@embersandapothecary.com within 3 days of receipt. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue. Approved replacements or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

We respect your privacy.Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication.We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.The current version will always be posted on our website.
