Intended for those navigating grief & loss
In our Memory Candle session, led by licensed therapist Shelly Quiles, LCSW, we provide a safe, supportive space to process loss. Participants begin by creating a memory candle—a meaningful tribute to honor loved ones—while reflecting on emotions and memories.

Following the candle-making, Shelly guides a compassionate group discussion, offering space to share, connect, and support one another. This experience fosters healthy grief processing through creative expression and community.
